Planner/supervisor sees request, can accept, reject, or request more information from employee.

Step 4: Becomes Work Order

Approved request converts to full MaintMan work order with one click - all data transfers automatically.

Step 5: Completion Notification

When technician completes work order, original requestor receives automatic email notification.
